“I’ll try to not make a long story. I had a service contract with a reputable HVAC company. I kept regular checks every 6 months. I noticed them trying to sell me something each time they did AC or furnace checks. Last visit they declared i had dangerous CO from my furnace and needed a replacement of my less than 10 yr old high efficiency furnace. What? It was fine 6 months prior and now I’m gonna die. I pumped the brakes. I got several other look see’s by other companies. I was not in danger. One of the companies, Anderson offered to fix the warrantied part for a reasonable price. They ordered and fixed the problem and I hope to get a few more years out of my furnace. They communicate quickly and effectively. The problem got fixed as promised, on time and on budget. I will be using Anderson going forward. 5 stars. Would recommend highly.”
